The Drying Company was on the scene right after the tragedy at Columbine High School in Littleton Colorado. Rain and snow soaked most of the cards, letters, banners, stuffed animals and clothing left by family and friends of the victims. TDC offered its services to aid in the clean up and drying process to preserve these precious items which will be used in a permanent memorial.

 | Banners, cards and letters were spread out in several different rooms. TDC's dried air has such a low vapor pressure that it pulled water away from the wet surfaces. |
| After seven days of hard work, TDC successfully completed moisture control and water damage recovery services on all the snow soaked Columbine High School cards, letters and banners. TDC's main goal was to inhibit growth of mold, mildew and bacteria, and to restore the memorial items to their original state. TDC is honored to have been able to offer a helping hand to the community of Littleton, Colorado during this tragic event. |  |
