Hurricane Dennis roared through North Carolina leaving a path of destruction. Among the devastation of this storm was the Atlantic Beach Sheraton. The Drying Company arrived immediately after the storm, accessed the damage and started water extraction from the lower levels of the building. TDC used a rapid drying technique that stresses proper management of temperature, airflow and desiccant dehumidification. TDC's quick response saved the Sheraton thousands of dollars in reconstruction costs.

Washington, North Carolina was hit just as hard and TDC was on the scene.

The factory of the world famous Fountain Power Boat manufacturer was submerged in several feet of water.

As the water from the nearby inlet receded, TDC was able to extract the excess moisture from the buildings. Dehumidified air was pumped throughout the factory until conditions were acceptable for business to resume as normal.
